Contempt Notice served by Pondicherry Court Amin

We received service of notice of Contempt Proceedings through the Pondicherry court. Court Amin came at 8.45 am to serve the notice to us.

We are producing below the Office Order and the Order passed in the Court in the Contempt Proceedings filed by the Ashram Trustees against us. Office Order states that notice should be issued to five sisters in the Contempt Proceedings filed by the Trustees. Order passed on 15.09.2014 for issue of notice in contempt proceedings. Mysteriously these orders disappeared today from the official website of the Supreme Court. Why???

It is very interesting to note the amount of trouble the trustees are going to to suppress the facts of the contempt proceedings. Luckily a friend of ours had downloaded them and we have them with us.

Office Order is followed by the Order passed in the Court
